When the Lederer Shop was developed, great care was taken that it should be as easy and error-tolerant as possible to operate. From time to time, however, problems may still occur or a shop function may not be working as you would expect. If the previous help pages have been unable to solve your problem, or if you are searching for a specific error, you are sure to find the right solution here.

The login with user name and password<br>isn´t working?<br>

Please check whether you have entered the user name and password using the correct spelling and style.
Is the large and small lettering, if relevant, correct or is the SHIFT-Key activated (pilot lamp on the keyboard)?
Are the cookies activated? in your Internet browser

Are you registered properly in the Lederer Shop
or have you been active only as a guest user to date?

$An error page with the title<br>Server Error in ´\Lederer´ Application<br>appears?<br><br>The shopping basket can´t be filled?$

Your Internet browser does not allow cookies; these, however, are required for many shop functions.

No hits are shown, even though you filled out<br>the error search?

You have probably entered search keys that are contradictory or mutually exclusive.
Check the search keys that you entered and, if necessary, reduce them.
If the article you are looking for is still not displayed, please contact our Shop management; the staff there will check the article in question and get in touch with you as quickly as possible.

You can´t scroll forward in the hit list<br>under ´Search results´?<br><br>The product details display can´t be retrieved?<br><br>Articles in the shopping basket can´t be deleted?<br><br>Own article numbers can´t be saved?

You have not activated JavaScript in your Internet browser; this, however, is required for many shop functions.

As a registered user, I can see only 0,- instead of<br>a price for some articles?

In such cases the articles in question are uncommon articles for which there are no current calculations due to a lack of demand; they can nevertheless be given an order quantity and placed in the shopping basket.
Lederer offers you such articles separately from the remainder of your binding order.

On the ´Search result´ page the check box on the left<br>can´t be clicked on?<br><br>Own article numbers can´t be entered?
