After almost 32 years with the company, our Managing Director Peter Henke left at the end of last year. From now on he will devote more time to his numerous private interests and his family. Peter Henke has had a decisive influence on Lederer GmbH for almost 32 years and was one of the driving forces in our further development. We are very grateful to him for this and for the friendly, trusting, success- and solution-oriented cooperation at all times. We won't let him go completely, he will remain available to us as a consultant until further notice.

We were able to win Sebastian Ovenhausen as our new Sales Director / Managing Director (CCO). He previously managed the business of our subsidiary Normtec (which was merged into Lederer GmbH on December 31, 2024). Sebastian Ovenhausen has been working in our industry for over 15 years, has excellent contacts and experience and will
be responsible for the sales activities of Lederer GmbH in the future.

We wish both of them much success and happiness for the new phases of life, tasks and challenges.
