In an age of rapidly advancing globalisation, it is particularly important for export-oriented companies to guarantee security and transparency in international supply chains: from the manufacturer to the ultimate customer.

In the summer of 2017, following an intensive assessment, Dortmund’s central customs office approved the sought-after AEO-F status, which in the meantime has become mandatory for numerous branches of industry.

Until now Lederer was AEO-C- certified, which already meant considerable customs simplifications. With the additional attainment of AEO-S status, which stipulates adherence to the strictest security standards, Lederer has acquired the overall certificate AEO-F.
