Marketing Club Südwestfalen names Lederer "Hero"

Christoph Odendahl (COSECHZEHN, Jubiläumsagentur), Jean Hardy (Werft 6, 3D-Modell) und Markus Gebehenne bei der Preisverleihung.

Award for activities in the Corona period!

We are one of seven companies to have been named a "Marketing Hero" by the Marketing Club Südwestfalen. Three activities in particular persuaded the jury to give us this award: The unusual Work@Home incentive, our digital anniversary celebration and the interactive 3D model of the entire company.

„The award is about flexibility and the ability to go with the changes strengthened and on new paths. Lederer has implemented this new way of thinking impressively and in an exemplary manner with the projects it has realised“, was the verdict of Dr Ebbo Tücking, President of the Marketingclub Südwestfalen and jury member.

Work@Home-Set
When home office changed the world of living and working quite directly in March 2020, we sent 400 employees, customers, partners and suppliers a thank-you gift: the Lederer Work@Home Set with practical and beautiful utensils for working from home. "All those who received the gift were able to publish their personal home office photo on a specially created website and share this motivating action. This was real community building in a crisis," the statement said.

Virtual anniversary celebration
When the planned anniversary celebration with more than 500 guests had to be cancelled at short notice due to Corona, creative changes were made: In the style of a TV studio with a presenter, interviews, live music, an award-winning star chef and guests connected to the TV, an emotional celebration was held on the computer screens. Almost all of the partners already planned and booked for the analogue presence event were present at the digital alternative.

3D tour
Together with the specialised company Werft 6, the new virtual reality was created in four days of shooting: Far more than a thousand measuring points thereby represent a complex image of Lederer, because one moves through a three-dimensional architecture and not through conventional 360° degree photos. In addition, a 10-language trailer was created to give visitors a 4-minute impression of the possibilities of this innovative and impressive technology. "Corona has of course significantly reduced the number of personal visits to the Lederer site. Therefore, the new 3D model of the entire company was exactly the right way to be able to give customers, partners, suppliers and applicants a really very realistic sense of space and to be able to show them the true size of the company and also create proximity," said the jury statement.

An express THANK YOU to all colleagues in the company who have helped in so many ways and have made the above-mentioned activities possible through their support.
