During her visit to Lederer in Ennepetal, Katja Heck, Chairwoman of the Management Board of the Hagen Employment Agency, presented us with the "Certificate for the Promotion of Young Talents", thus honouring us for special commitment in the field of training.

"The commitment they show is not to be taken for granted"  emphasised Katja Heck. Especially in the current situation, it is of immense importance to set an example for training. Lederer GmbH is committed to training young people in an exemplary manner, not only in times of great need for skilled workers, she said.

"Of course I am very happy about the award - but it is also to our own benefit to train," Volker Lederer thanked her. "We have got many great young people into our company through training. And we believe that this is the way for the future: to bring people to us and to retain them."
