Order details

(for registered users only)

In contrast to the inquiry details for non-registered users, the order details offer registered users considerably less and far more.

Considerably less because your contact data no longer need to be recorded; they are already held by Lederer and are displayed at the very top (if any changes to them are necessary, you can enter these in the Your profil.

Far more because, as a registered user, you can enter additional order information and dispatch data:

• your own receipt/order number
• order information that is important for the handling of your order
• divergent shipping addresses that you either select from a list of delivery addresses previously used or enter a new in the form fields (in the latter case, you can still decide whether the new address should be stored for future orders as an alternative or whether it is merely a one-off procedure)

For legal reasons, we must ask you to confirm that you know and accept our General Terms and Conditions every time you make an order from the shop. Please mark this field with a cross; the order cannot be sent until you have done this. (To read the Terms and Conditions, click on the green highlighted AGB behind the field, these will then be opened as a pdf document in a new window.)

At the very bottom you will still see your current terms of delivery as they are entered for you in our customer database (and also form the basis of this shop order). 
And last but not least now you can make your decision to send the complete shopping basket as an inquiry to Lederer, instead of a concrete order.

Soon after sending the shopping basket you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail containing the data that were transmitted to us. This is NOT an official confirmation rather serving as an assurance that the data compiled by you were transmitted to us correctly. We will send you the "real" order confirmation separately, as always, after checking the order received (and thereby accepting the order officially).
