Troubleshooting

When the Lederer Tracking was developed, great care was taken that it should be as easy and error-tolerant as possible to operate. From time to time, however, problems may still occur or a Tracking function may not be working as you would expect. If the previous help pages have been unable to solve your problem, or if you are searching for a specific error, you are sure to find the right solution here.

The login with user name and password
isn't working?

Please check whether you have entered the user name and password using the correct spelling and style.
Is the large and small lettering, if relevant, correct or is the SHIFT-Key activated (pilot lamp on the keyboard)? 
Are the cookies activated? in your Internet browser

An error page with the title Server Error 'Lederer' Application appears?

No hits are shown, aven though you filled out the error search?

You have probably entered search keys that are contradictory or mutually exclusive.
Check the search keys that you entered and, if necessary, reduce them.
Or you have entered the search criteria only partially or incompletely (e.g. 0933 instead of 09334080020), these figures must be supplemented with the usual replacement characters (in this case it would have to be 0933*).
Or the article/order being searched for is more than three months old; this is the period for which your data are saved in the Lederer system (commencing with the delivery of the goods). Older orders made with Lederer can be found in the online shop's reorder list, even if you did not place any orders online there: here you can access your Lederer orders right back to mid-2004).

For security reasons, your connection with the Lederer Tracking is disconnected automatically once you have been inactive for 20 minutes; unfinished activities, such as forms still unsent, are thereby deleted and cannot be restored.
