When it developed its online shop, Lederer endeavoured to make it as self-explanatory and intuitive as possible for you, the users. When you visit it for the first time, though, it can still be helpful to read a brief introduction to the shop’s functions.

In the menu on the right you will find a detailed description plus help for each of the functions in the Lederer Shop. Please pay particular attention to the  System requirements.

If any problems arise or if the shop seems to be behaving inexplicably, please use the MF_PAGE:"/help/general"troubleshooting":"Troubleshooting" first of all. The most frequent malfunctions and their solutions are listed there.

And if nothing’s working, the help pages don’t help, the system requirements don’t require anything and the troubleshooting doesn’t shoot any trouble, then you should establish Contact with us. We will then help you in quick and uncomplicated fashion (and will naturally also be receptive to your comments, wishes, ideas and improvement suggestions).
